Not necessary. We offer surf lessons for all levels, from beginners to experienced surfers. Our instructors will adapt classes according to your skill level.
- 4. Is there surf equipment available to rent?
Yes, we have high quality surf equipment available for hire. You can rent surfboards and wetsuits directly at our hostel.
- 5. What is included in my stay?
Your stay includes accommodation, breakfast and access to all our activities and amenities. Surf lessons and equipment rental are optional and can be booked separately.
- 6. What payment options are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer and cash in euros. Payment must be made at check-in.
- 7. When is the best time to surf in Carcavelos?
Carcavelos is an excellent surfing destination all year round. The most popular time is spring to fall when the waves are consistent and the weather is pleasant. However, you can surf in Carcavelos in any season.
- 8. Can I participate in activities if I am not a hostel guest?
Of course! Some of our activities, such as surfing lessons and special events, are open to non-guests. Contact us for information on availability and pricing.
- 9. Does the hostel offer transportation to the beach?
We are located within walking distance of Carcavelos beach, so we do not offer transportation. You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot. If the class is on a beach further away, the hostel provides a van for guests.
- 10. Are there food options nearby?
Yes, there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hostel. We also organize barbecues and local gastronomy events at the hostel.
